The Director, Client Services should have experience in leading client-facing teams and a deep understanding of influencer marketing campaigns. Responsibilities

The Director, Client Services will oversee a team of Account Leads and client-facing specialists, driving operational excellence, campaign quality, and client outcomes. Responsibilities include ensuring precise and impactful campaign delivery, building internal infrastructure and talent for growth, and acting as a strategist, operator, and coach. This role involves leading teams to deliver flawless campaigns, managing team bandwidth, embedding accountability, owning the quality bar for deliverables, reviewing client materials, overseeing campaign KPIs, partnering with sales during presale, recruiting and mentoring talent, providing coaching and feedback, identifying workflow improvements, partnering with operations and product for scalable systems, establishing best practices, and educating internal teams and clients on best practices.
