Candidates must possess a Bachelor's Degree and at least 2 years of experience in sales analytics, sales operations, or a similar analytical role, preferably within a B2B sales context. Proven proficiency with Salesforce.com, including report generation, dashboard creation, and case management, is essential. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency in Tableau Desktop or a comparable BI tool are required. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are necessary, along with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Experience with sales enablement tools like Salesloft, 6Sense, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator is preferred.
The Sales Operations Analyst II will support sales teams by providing data and analytics to uncover insights and trends, and create reports and dashboards to enhance pipeline growth and revenue achievement. This role involves partnering with sales leaders to identify opportunities, recommend solutions for complex business problems, and collaborate with cross-functional teams on sales strategies. Key duties include driving best practices for Salesforce.com utilization, maintaining data quality and accuracy within Salesforce, and supporting sellers through actionable communications and adoption of sales tools.
