The Staff Data Analyst will partner with executive and Go-to-Market leadership to influence sales strategy and business growth by analyzing sales trends, conversion rates, and customer acquisition, growth, and retention motions. Responsibilities include providing insights into KPIs, developing data-driven narratives for strategic planning, leading deep-dive analyses on business questions, supporting the sales team with performance insights, owning GTM metric reporting, and designing/maintaining scalable dashboards and reports.
