Requirements

  • Strong leadership skills to lead market development teams in Nordic & Benelux region
  • Capability to collaborate with CRM sales teams, iOU leaders, Sales Managers, SHQ team, and Marketing Specialists
  • Proficiency in defining commercial strategies, indication prioritization, referral pathways, guidelines, and go-to-market initiatives
  • Skills in coaching and developing high-performance teams to achieve targets
  • Experience partnering with Patient Care Systems for remote care solutions
  • Ability to build relationships with key accounts, KOLs, and relevant functions
  • Expertise in creating KOL strategies and long-term market access strategies with reimbursement teams
  • Accountability for delivering CDS results in the Nordic & Benelux region, reporting to Nordic & Benelux CRM Regional Director

Responsibilities

  • Act as the main point of contact for CDS Nordic & Benelux, collaborating with iOU leader, Sales Managers, and SHQ team
  • Lead and manage the market development countries team to drive ICM market growth
  • Work closely with Marketing Specialist in Nordic & Benelux and SHQ marketing team to support marketing initiatives
  • Collaborate with country CRM teams to generate sales, protect market share, and ensure execution
  • Define and execute market development and commercial strategy for CDS growth, including indication prioritization, referral pathways, guidelines, innovation adoption, and go-to-market initiatives
  • Achieve established targets and drive growth in synergy with sales CRM organization
  • Lead field market development representatives to develop and implement business strategies for accounts and drive demand for ICMs
  • Manage day-to-day activities of the CDS field team, coach and develop team members for high performance
  • Partner with Patient Care Systems to optimize Remote Care solutions
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts, KOLs, and functions to address market needs and improve access
  • Create and execute a regional KOL strategy to enhance advocacy and ICM adoption
  • Prepare long-term market access strategy for new innovations and key indications with reimbursement team
  • Define and execute plans to accelerate innovation adoption and improve ICM/remote monitoring adoption
  • Identify growth opportunities and develop actionable strategies
