Candidates should have 3+ years of experience leading a team of Account Executives with demonstrated success in a transactional, short sales-cycle competitive SMB market, and a deep understanding of the business using data to drive decision making. They should also be able to identify areas of opportunity, recommend solutions, take ownership of implementation and/or project management of sales initiatives, and communicate complex information in a streamlined manner.
As the Sales Manager, SMB | MENA, you will lead a team of SMB Account Executives focused on new business sales and the MENA region, attract, hire, and retain high-performing talent, drive a high-performance culture, coach and manage sellers, develop scalable processes, monitor the sales pipeline, and report to the Head of Sales while working cross-functionally with Sales Ops, CS, and Marketing.
