  • You thrive in unstructured environments and excel at bringing order to chaos.
  • You are passionate about defining what to build as much as building and delivering training and enablement.
  • You are a continuous learner, actively studying the latest trends and best practices in SaaS Sales.
  • You have direct experience in a high-growth organization in an enablement capacity, focusing on sales process and execution.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of SMB Account Executives focused on new business sales within the MENA region.
  • Attract, hire, and retain high-performing talent with a strong aptitude for learning and growth.
  • Drive a high-performance, high-accountability culture to achieve and exceed sales goals.
  • Coach, manage, and develop sellers, emphasizing continuous learning and skill-gap improvement.
  • Develop scalable processes to drive consistent execution across the team.
  • Actively monitor sales pipeline, activities, and forecasts to adapt to changing conditions.
  • Report to the Head of Sales and collaborate cross-functionally with Sales Operations, Customer Success, and Marketing.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience leading a team of Account Executives with demonstrated success in a transactional, short sales-cycle competitive SMB market.
  • Ability to identify areas of opportunity, recommend solutions, and take ownership of implementation or project management of sales initiatives.
  • Deep understanding of the business, with the ability to share insights, analyze KPI changes, and provide recommendations.
  • Analytical Sales Leader with strong experience using data to drive decision-making.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex information and processes in a streamlined, easy-to-understand manner.
