The Manager, Sales Development will lead, recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of Sales Development Reps focused on lead qualification, opportunity creation, and account support. They will establish clear performance goals, foster accountability, and provide coaching to enhance team performance. This role requires the creation and maintenance of playbooks, scripts, and outreach templates to standardize execution, along with monitoring and analyzing key metrics to refine strategies and drive continuous improvement. The Manager will collaborate with the marketing team to align Sales Development activities with campaigns and target accounts, and will work closely with Revenue Marketing and Marketing Operations to prioritize accounts and streamline lead management. They will also be responsible for developing and managing engagement strategies to drive usage for new accounts, ensuring alignment with broader marketing efforts and pipeline objectives.
