Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience leading a team of Account Executives.
  • Demonstrated success in a transactional, short sales-cycle competitive SMB market.
  • Ability to identify areas of opportunity, recommend solutions, and take ownership of implementation/project management of sales initiatives.
  • Deep understanding of the business, demonstrated through sharing insights and identifying root causes.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of SMB Account Executives focused on new business sales.
  • Attract, hire, and retain high-performing talent with an aptitude to learn and grow.
  • Drive a high-performance, high-accountability culture to achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
  • Coach, manage, and develop sellers with an emphasis on continual learning and skill-gap improvement.
  • Develop processes that scale and drive consistent execution across the team.
  • Actively monitor sales pipeline, activity, and forecasts to proactively adapt to changing conditions.
  • Report to Head of Sales and work cross-functionally with Sales Ops, CS, and Marketing.
