They should also demonstrate a deep understanding of the business through insightful sharing and proactive project management.
The Sales Manager, SMB will lead a team of SMB Account Executives focused on new business sales, attract and retain high-performing talent, drive a high-performance culture to achieve sales goals, coach and develop sellers, develop scalable processes, monitor the sales pipeline, and report to the Head of Sales while collaborating with Sales Ops, CS, and Marketing.
