Candidates should possess at least 7 years of sales or customer-facing experience with a proven track record of over-achievement on KPIs as an individual contributor, 2+ years of experience in SaaS selling and revenue teams, a high level of commitment, attention to detail, and impeccable follow-up, a strong understanding of customer-centric selling, experience with technical-oriented products marketed to small-or-medium sized businesses, fluency in English, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
As a Leader, Business Development, the individual will be responsible for leading a team of Sales Development Representatives, coaching, training, and leading the team to interact with prospects, convert leads to booked meetings, and conduct themselves in a world-class way. They will also work with an international team to sell to a global marketplace, analyze data, and drive actions, and contribute to a high-energy sales environment.
