  • Proven track record in the Sydney property market and achievement of a strong market profile
  • Understanding of development principles including planning, construction and financing
  • Feasibility analysis skills
  • Understanding and thorough knowledge of the residential sales market, in particular the project marketing environment, as well as commercial and industrial markets
  • Current and valid Real Estate Licence valid in NSW
  • Drive, professionalism and commercial acumen

  • Specialise in the sale of Mixed Use and Residential development sites across metropolitan Sydney
  • Create purpose, direction, drive and cohesiveness to achieve maximum business outcomes and profitability targets
  • Work collaboratively with other Colliers’ divisions
  • Implement strategic plans to achieve successful outcomes
