Requirements

  • Proven track record in the Sydney property market and achievement of a strong market profile
  • Understanding of development principles including planning, construction and financing
  • Feasibility analysis skills
  • Understanding and thorough knowledge of the residential sales market, in particular the project marketing environment, as well as commercial and industrial markets
  • Current and valid Real Estate Licence valid in NSW
  • Drive, professionalism and commercial acumen
