Candidates should possess experience in sales, with a proven track record of exceeding revenue goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis. They should demonstrate the ability to address customer inquiries, develop business plans, and engage with business partners, as well as understand and communicate product strategies and competitive landscapes.
The Sales Executive will be responsible for selling SailPoint’s Identity Management solutions to end users and channel partners, leveraging all routes to market, developing business value proposals, and closing business. They will also develop and maintain trusted relationships with decision makers, collaborate with marketing on plans, follow up on leads, marshal technical resources, and provide consistent account coverage, including identifying new sales opportunities. Furthermore, the Sales Executive will understand and communicate the territory’s customer, prospect, partner, influencer, and competitor dynamics, while maintaining customer and partner satisfaction and upholding the company’s core values.
