We are a fast-paced, high-growth company seeking a motivated, data-driven, and outcome-oriented sales leader to manage and scale a team of Account Executives in a dynamic business environment. As the Manager of Commercial Sales, you will lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team focused on acquiring new customers, building pipeline, and accelerating overall sales growth. You will play a pivotal role in shaping sales processes, recruiting and developing top talent, and delivering measurable results. Reporting directly to the Director of Commercial Sales, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of sales strategies, pipeline development, and sales initiatives.
