Candidates should possess at least 5 years of experience in successfully selling a technical product, preferably in the cybersecurity, DevSecOps, or open source software space. Prior experience managing high-performing software sales teams and startup experience are strongly preferred. A deep understanding of the MEDDPICC framework is also required, along with experience in recruiting, retaining, and developing a sales team.
As the Manager of Commercial Sales, you will lead, coach, and develop a team of Account Executives, focusing on acquiring new customers, building pipeline, and accelerating sales growth. You will be responsible for territory planning and execution, developing sales strategies, building a talent pipeline, fostering a collaborative environment, and aligning with supporting teams across customer success, marketing, solutions architects, and professional services to ensure the successful execution of sales strategies and pipeline development.
