Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, along with a minimum of 7 years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) engineering. Strong experience with IAM solutions, architecture, and design is essential, and familiarity with remote work environments is preferred. Knowledge of coding best practices and SDLC methodologies is also required.

Responsibilities

The Sr. IAM Engineer will engage in requirements gathering and analysis, assist with the architecture and design of new IAM solutions, install, integrate, configure, test, and deploy IAM solutions, provide knowledge transfer and support, troubleshoot and maintain IAM solutions, remain current on IAM trends, report status and escalate issues, and author technical documentation. They will also be responsible for maintaining multiple environments and potentially engaging in occasional travel.
