  • Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with stakeholders, including CDOs, Data Platform leaders, data engineers, and analysts.
  • Problem Solving: Understand customer problems and goals.
  • Trusted Advisor: Serve as a trusted advisor to data teams on their journey to building a modern data platform.
  • Evangelism: Evangelize Atlan and the principles of an agile data culture.
  • Customer Enablement: Provide customers with the information they need to make informed decisions about Atlan, including setting up demo flows, running trials, and conducting office hours.
  • Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback and work closely with the product team to incorporate it into the product roadmap.
