Responsibilities

The Sales Engineer will manage the technical relationship with prospects throughout the pre-sales cycle, guiding Fortune 500 pilots and ensuring smooth production rollouts. Key responsibilities include demonstrating the Coder platform from both developer and administrator perspectives, installing Coder on Kubernetes or VM infrastructure, and running proof-of-concepts to showcase value. The role involves becoming a subject-matter expert on Cloud Development Environments, acting as the customer's voice to relay insights to product and engineering teams, and logging feature requests. Troubleshooting Coder deployments, networking, and Kubernetes components, contributing to documentation, and providing post-sales support when needed are also part of the role.
