Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, along with a strong passion for cybersecurity and a genuine interest in safeguarding organizations and individuals from cyber threats. Years of experience designing and advising on cybersecurity solutions are preferred, as well as excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate complex technical information clearly.

Responsibilities

The Sales Engineer will forge strategic relationships with channel partners to help them develop, support, and sell WatchGuard’s solutions, serving as the primary technical contact for end users interested in purchasing the company’s product lines. They will also train and support partners, provide demos to both partners and customers, assist in customer evaluations & Proof of Concepts (POCs), deliver technical enablement, answer customer questions, help answer RFP’s, provide customer and partner feedback to Product Management, and work closely with the sales teams during sales calls and meetings to evangelize WatchGuard solutions.
