Responsibilities
The Cybersecurity Advisor will act as a strategic and technical thought leader, providing embedded consulting for high-value accounts. Responsibilities include conducting executive-level briefings, leading quarterly strategic business reviews (QBRs), and continuously reviewing partner accounts to proactively identify and address technical health issues. The advisor will also serve as a key liaison between partners and the Huntress Security Operations Center (SOC) for critical security incidents, lead advanced security exercises, provide training, and facilitate post-mortem sessions. Additionally, they will work alongside account teams in strategic deals to help partners win new client business, act as a direct liaison between strategic partners and Huntress's Product, Engineering, and leadership teams to influence the product roadmap, and represent Huntress as a brand ambassador at industry events.
