Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deliver high-impact training programs, including new hire onboarding, product knowledge, and sales methodology workshops; own the full lifecycle and measure effectiveness through metrics
  • Lead strategic projects to improve key parts of the sales cycle; partner with Revenue Operations and Sales Leaders to analyze processes, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions
  • Manage ongoing program/process iteration through feedback loops and clear success metrics to ensure alignment with sales priorities
  • Lead deployment and optimization of sales tools such as Salesloft, Zoom Info, and LinkedIn Navigator; drive adoption and ensure the sales team leverages the technology
  • Partner with Revenue Operations, Sales Leadership, Product Marketing, and Learning & Design teams to create and deliver training programs, sales tools, content resources, and communication strategies
  • Shape enablement governance and promote effective sales leadership coaching practices
  • Leverage analytics to continuously optimize sales team performance
