Candidates need a minimum of 10+ years of local experience selling to MNOs with quota-carrying sales preferably in Radio Access Networks, proven sales success across Asia, strong technical comprehension of RAN technologies like Macro radios, Massive MIMO, O-RAN, experience leading cross-functional teams in a matrix environment, and excellent communication and stakeholder influencing skills.
