  • Ability to collaborate closely with sales teams to craft technical solutions, provide technical validation, build proof-of-concepts (POCs), and demonstrate platform value to technical decision makers
  • Senior-level ability to influence team vision, product strategy based on market insights, and contribute to pre-sales methodology evolution
  • Based in or near San Francisco, CA, for proximity to customers and partners, with a mix of in-person and remote work

Responsibilities

  • Drive technical pre-sales engagements with prospects, customers, and partners as the primary focus
  • Serve as the technical authority bridging AI speech technology and customer business needs
  • Collaborate with sales team to craft compelling technical solutions and provide technical validation
  • Build proof-of-concepts (POCs) and demonstrate platform value to technical decision makers
  • Contribute across Applied Engineering team responsibilities, including pre-sales, implementation, and customer support
  • Work closely with Customer Success, Developer Experience (DX), Product, and Engineering teams to ensure positive customer experiences and deliver solutions meeting customer needs
  • Influence team’s vision, product strategy with market insights, and evolution of pre-sales methodology as a senior team member
