Requirements

Candidates should have 1-2 years of experience in sales development or a similar outbound commercial role, possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and remote team environment. Strong organizational and time management skills, self-motivation, a results-driven attitude, and eagerness to learn are essential. The ability to work autonomously, self-source solutions, and a proven track record of achieving targets in a quota-carrying role are required. Experience with CRM systems and sales engagement tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

The Sales Development Representative will drive company growth through inbound and outbound prospecting, generating cross-sell opportunities within existing customer accounts via targeted outreach. They will educate and develop leads through phone calls, emails, events, webinars, and campaigns, identifying and understanding each lead generation process. Responsibilities include supporting marketing activities, managing prospect touch-points, and facilitating smooth handoffs to Account Executives. The role involves generating email sequences and making cold calls to map and penetrate accounts, conducting follow-up calls and emails until meetings are set, and contributing to the development of the Sales Playbook and Tech Stack.
