Requirements

Candidates should possess 1-2 years of experience in a sales development or similar outbound commercial role, demonstrating exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote team environment, strong organizational and time management skills, self-motivation, a results-driven approach, and a willingness to learn. Prior experience with CRM systems and sales engagement tools is considered a plus, along with a proven track record of exceeding targets in a quota-carrying role and an entrepreneurial spirit with a growth mindset.

Responsibilities

As a Sales Development Representative, SMB, the individual will generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting via email, phone, and social media outreach, identify and qualify prospective clients by understanding their needs and challenges, schedule product demonstrations for qualified prospects with Account Executives, collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve lead generation strategies, consistently achieve monthly and quarterly targets for qualified meetings and pipeline generation, maintain accurate records in the CRM system, and participate in sales training and professional development. They will also play a crucial role in breaking into new accounts, fostering relationships with multiple contacts, and conducting market research to identify new potential customers and leads.
