Requirements

  • BA/BS or equivalent work experience preferred
  • 0 – 2 years of experience working with a SaaS company
  • Complete technical understanding of the unique iHomefinder suite of products
  • Coachable and willing to try new sales strategies
  • Desire to build a career in SaaS sales
  • Professional demeanor via phone, email, and in-person
  • Good listener and ability to identify the prospect's needs
  • Knowledge of lead generation is a plus
  • Passion for winning and bringing problem-solving technologies to struggling businesses
  • Ability to build great rapport with all sales representatives
  • Ability to be coachable and have a positive attitude
  • Located in Eugene, Oregon or surrounding municipalities (full-time onsite required)

Responsibilities

  • Use calling, emailing, and social outreach to generate qualified meetings for the Direct Sales team
  • Develop a pipeline of quality business meetings that result in new pipeline for all Direct Sales team members
  • Maintain accurate records of all lead activity using Salesforce
  • Meet KPI-driven targets
  • Perform other duties as requested by management
