The ideal candidate possesses an entrepreneurial spirit, a strong growth mindset, excellent written communication skills for email campaigns, adaptability to a fast-paced environment, and strong relationship-building abilities.
The Sales Development Representative will generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting via email, phone, and social media. They will identify and qualify prospective clients by understanding their needs and challenges, and schedule product demonstrations for qualified prospects with Account Executives. The role involves collaborating with sales and marketing teams to enhance lead generation strategies, consistently achieving monthly and quarterly targets for qualified meetings and pipeline generation, and maintaining accurate CRM records. Additionally, the SDR will participate in regular sales training and professional development.
