About the Opportunity

Join our Xplor Pay vertical as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) focused on ISV partnerships and help shape the future of embedded payments in vertical SaaS. Every outreach you make, every conversation you start, and every meeting you book is a step toward building meaningful partnerships that power the growth of our platform and our partners.

Reporting to the VP of Business Development and Sales, you’ll be responsible for identifying and engaging Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) that can benefit from Xplor’s embedded payment solutions. You’ll play a critical role in building a high-quality pipeline for our Account Executives by targeting vertical SaaS platforms across industries like fitness, wellness, retail, and healthcare.

What You’ll Do

  • Prospect into vertical SaaS companies and ISVs via cold calling, email, and LinkedIn outreach
  • Qualify leads based on product fit, integration potential, and partnership readiness
  • Clearly articulate the value of Xplor’s embedded payments platform to technical and business stakeholders
  • Book discovery and strategy meetings for Account Executives
  • Maintain accurate records of outreach and lead status in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales leadership to refine messaging and targeting strategies
  • Stay current on industry trends in SaaS, fintech, and embedded payments
  • Consistently meet or exceed KPIs for outreach, meetings booked, and qualified opportunities

Location

This position is fully remote within the contiguous 48 United States, provided you have eligible working rights and can collaborate effectively across time zones.

Salary & Incentives

  • Base Salary Range: $65,000 – $85,000
  • Additional performance-based incentives and career growth opportunities

Qualifications

What Would Make You a Great Fit

We’re looking for driven, curious, and coachable professionals who thrive in a fast-paced, partner-first environment. You should be passionate about SaaS, payments, and building long-term relationships with ISVs.

Required Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of experience in a sales development or business development role, ideally in SaaS or fintech
  • Must have payments experience
  • Familiarity with the ISV ecosystem and embedded payments landscape
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable with outbound prospecting and handling objections
  • Experience using CRM and sales engagement tools (e.g., Outreach, SalesLoft, Salesforce)
  • Self-starter with a growth mindset and a collaborative attitude
