A self-starter attitude with a growth mindset and collaborative spirit is also essential.
The Sales Development Representative will prospect into vertical SaaS companies and ISVs via cold calling, email, and LinkedIn outreach, qualifying leads based on product fit, integration potential, and partnership readiness. They will articulate the value of Xplor's embedded payments platform to stakeholders, book discovery and strategy meetings for Account Executives, and maintain accurate records of outreach and lead status in CRM tools. This role also involves collaborating with marketing and sales leadership to refine messaging and targeting strategies, staying current on industry trends, and consistently meeting or exceeding KPIs for outreach, meetings booked, and qualified opportunities.
