Position Overview

EvenUp is a rapidly growing generative AI startup dedicated to leveling the playing field for personal injury victims. Our innovative products assist law firms in achieving faster settlements, higher payouts, and improved outcomes for clients in various cases, from motor vehicle accidents to child abuse.

Responsibilities

  • Grow the top of the sales funnel through cold outbound campaigns.
  • Generate sales-ready meetings and opportunities for Account Executives based on EvenUp’s qualification criteria.
  • Utilize active listening skills to understand and uncover customer needs and business challenges, effectively communicating how EvenUp can provide solutions.
  • Identify high-potential growth areas and develop/execute outbound strategies to engage them with EvenUp.
  • Develop strong sales and product knowledge.
  • Partner with Growth, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to deliver optimal content and initial experiences for new customers.
  • Research companies and add prospects to our outbound list.
  • Maintain accurate client relationship data within HubSpot.

Requirements

  • 8+ months of experience in Sales Development.
  • Familiarity with SaaS or service-oriented business models.
  • Experience in generating outbound leads.
  • CRM experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
