The Sales Development Representative will conduct persistent outreach to targeted prospects via phone and email, communicating the company's value proposition to decision-makers and qualifying them for sales opportunities. They will work to deliver against a quota for qualified leads, leverage prospecting tools to research companies and identify key decision makers, and collaborate closely with Account Executives to accelerate pipeline growth. Responsibilities also include contributing to the optimization of sales development approaches, managing leads and pipelines in Salesforce, and participating in knowledge sharing and training.
