Requirements

Candidates must possess native-level French proficiency (C2) and at least B2 level English proficiency. A minimum of 2 years of corporate/business work experience and 1 year of experience as an AI Evaluator or in a similar data annotation role are required. Strong computer literacy, fast typing skills, excellent logic, problem-solving, critical thinking, adaptability, and the ability to work independently are essential. Access to a personal laptop is also necessary. Preferred qualifications include C1 or C2 English proficiency and experience with Generative AI.

Responsibilities

AI Evaluators will respond to prompts by writing short, plausible French texts with intentional errors, simulating business or casual communication. They will also review annotated message pairs to ensure grammar and spelling corrections are appropriate, the original meaning is preserved, and error types are correctly classified with clear explanations. Additionally, evaluators will contribute to project delivery strategies, share quality best practices, and adapt quickly to evolving guidelines and task types.
