Responsibilities

The Sales Development Representative will initiate contact with potential customers through email outreach or cold calling and follow up on designated touchpoints in the customer journey. They will move quality leads through the funnel while connecting them to a salesperson and arranging meetings. The role involves developing relationships with prospects to uncover needs, updating activity and contact information within the CRM system, and informing outreach strategies through testing various types of touchpoints. Additionally, the SDR will contribute to building out best practices and collaborate with Marketing to improve targeting and messaging.
