Candidates should hold a BA qualification in a relevant subject matter and possess the ability to identify likely Dragonfly target companies and personnel based on their profile, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills to build rapport, trust, and confidence, along with excellent organizational skills, confidence and lucidity when speaking on the phone, resilience, and the ability to deal with failure.
As a Sales Development Representative, you will engage potential clients through both cold and warm outreach, develop industry-specific geopolitical and security expertise to take a consultative approach, generate 14 fully qualified sat meetings for the team, build weekly, monthly, and annual strategic plans, run targeted email campaigns using relevant Dragonfly content, collaborate closely with the Business Development team on weekly campaigns targeting prospects, nurture and directly target leads within the marketing database, invite prospects to analyst calls, maintain and add to the prospect marketing database, and act as the bridge between Marketing and Business Development, ensuring all activity is accurately recorded in the CRM.
