Sales Development Representative

Candidates should have 1-3 years of experience in a Sales Development or similar role, preferably in SaaS, and a strong understanding of account-based prospecting and multi-channel outreach. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with strong research instincts and curiosity about the customer, are required. Familiarity with Hubspot, Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Google Suite is a bonus, as is experience in the accounting or professional services space and working in an early-stage startup environment.
The Sales Development Representative will build and execute strategic prospecting plans across a named account list, leveraging research and trigger events to create high-conversion outreach. They will initiate conversations through various channels, identify whitespace, map key personas, collaborate with Sales and Marketing to refine strategies, maintain accurate records in Hubspot, and support reporting on top-of-funnel metrics. Additionally, they will stay current on industry shifts and firm priorities, travel up to 20% to conferences and events, and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
