Business Development Representative

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree and at least one year of experience as an SDR/BDR, achieving 100%+ quota, along with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience and/or training in cold-calling and qualification methodologies (i.e., MEDDPPICC) is preferred, as is experience discussing budget and funding, and a data-driven approach. Strong organization and time management skills, self-motivation, and a willingness to collaborate and accept feedback are also required. Furthermore, candidates must be a US citizen and be willing to undergo a background check and drug testing, and may require low to moderate travel.
The Business Development Representative will identify and research potential customers who could benefit from the RegScale platform, connect with key accounts via various channels using a personalized methodology, make 50+ calls per day, guide potential customers through the evaluation process, schedule meetings, promote and attend events, manage CRM updates, and provide insights on the Top of Funnel process. They will also collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps teams to support the GTM plan.
