Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited 4-year university, demonstrating academic competence in both communication and quantitative analysis, and a minimum of 2 years of experience managing the SDR process, including lead identification, initial conversations, and transitions to Account Executives. Proficiency in sales operations and outreach strategy utilizing platforms like Apollo.io is required, along with an understanding of the financial industry and crypto, including funds, institutions, traders, and relevant experience with crypto and the digital asset revolution. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as evidenced by presentation materials for sales meetings, are essential, and comfort with tools such as Clay, Letter drop, Reply, Copper, and Apollo is needed.

Responsibilities

The Sales Development Representative will coordinate direct outreach to target accounts via email, phone, LinkedIn, and Twitter to obtain meetings, become adept at demonstrating and describing SFOX’s product and service offering, qualify inbound inquiries, monitor analytics throughout the pipeline, adhere to key performance metrics, manage an inside sales team utilizing a CRM database, remain current with the product offering and market information, schedule and participate in client onboarding, optimize outreach within targeted market segments, assist the sales team by qualifying leads and expanding the pipeline, and provide reports on lead generation and qualification metrics.
