Candidates should have 2+ years of proven work experience as a Sales Development Representative or similar role, demonstrating ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. They should possess hands-on experience with sales techniques (Sandler, Challenger, etc.), a track record of achieving opportunity generation goals, and familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce). Furthermore, candidates should have experience with Google Drive, Docs, Sheets, and LinkedIn Outreach, along with an understanding of sales performance metrics and a Bachelor’s degree.
The Commercial Sales Development Representative will be responsible for raising awareness and generating interest through cold calling, emails, and social outreach, conducting high-level conversations and presenting Authentic8’s value proposition to prospects, scheduling discovery calls, meeting monthly objectives, and reporting to the SDR manager. They will actively participate in team learning opportunities, stay up-to-date with new products and industry trends, develop new sales qualified opportunities via telephone and email communication within an ICP focused list of accounts, and deliver on key metrics including call volume, frequency, and length, as well as email volume. Additionally, they will conduct research to identify potential prospects, including influencers and decision makers, import and convert these prospects within SalesForce.com, and begin outreach campaigns.
