The ideal candidate will have a strong desire to pursue a role in SaaS sales, be motivated to make 50+ calls daily, and possess excellent attention to detail. They should also have a thick skin, be proactive and self-motivated with a drive to achieve personal goals, and be able to work independently in a team environment while managing their own time and priorities. The Sales Development Representative will be responsible for generating ideal prospect lists, calling prospects to book demos with Account Executives, and targeting key accounts through a multi-modal outreach approach. They will also assist in data quality management and enrichment, learn CRM best practices and workflows, and participate in sales training programs.
