The Sales Development Representative will engage with users and prospects to understand their Grafana journey and provide guidance. They will partner with the Sales Team to identify new business opportunities by proactively reaching out to target accounts. Responsibilities include building knowledge of technology, competitors, and industry trends, following up on inbound leads, and using a multi-channel approach for proactive outreach. Additionally, SDRs will use research and data to customize outreach and drive discovery conversations to understand user needs and goals.
