The Sales Development Representative will engage with users and prospects to understand their Grafana journey and provide appropriate resources. They will partner with the Sales Team to identify new business opportunities by connecting with influential people in target organizations. Responsibilities include following up on inbound leads, proactively reaching out to new leads via email, social media, and phone calls, and using research to customize outreach. The role involves conducting discovery conversations to understand user needs and goals, and maintaining knowledge of Grafana technology, competitors, and industry trends.
