Candidates must be self-starters who enjoy creating processes and procedures for a scaling business and should possess stellar problem-solving abilities.
The Sales Development Representative will take ownership of the outbound sales engine and help build the pipeline as Vanta moves up market. They will identify strategic accounts using tools like Salesforce and ZoomInfo, organize a multi-channel approach to prospecting, coordinate meetings on account executives' calendars, and efficiently counter objections while representing the brand empathetically.
