Requirements

Candidates must possess fluency in English and have experience with Salesforce.com or similar CRM, Outreach, or ZoomInfo. Proven inside sales or sales development experience converting prospects, solid experience in opportunity qualification, pre-call planning, and call control are required. A strong phone presence with experience dialing dozens of calls per day, the ability to stay organized, multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively, and an interest in continuous learning are also necessary. Preferred qualifications include proficiency with corporate productivity and web presentation tools, experience with technology and/or B2B sales, previous success qualifying opportunities involving multiple key decision makers, and a track record of over-achieving quotas, targets, or goals.

Responsibilities

The Sales Development Representative will be responsible for generating new qualified leads for the sales pipeline by following up on inbound leads, making outbound cold calls, and sending emails. They will perform effective discovery calls with prospects, attend trade shows, and understand the Panopto platform to qualify prospects based on their needs. Responsibilities also include researching accounts, identifying key players, generating interest, and expanding the prospect database. Collaboration on demand generation through campaign creation, initiating prospect calls, and assisting sales representatives to bring new customers on board are key duties. Qualified opportunities will be routed to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure.
