Requirements

Candidates should have 1-2 years of experience in a sales development or similar outbound commercial role supporting the Middle East region. Fluency in both English and Arabic is required, along with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Experience with CRM systems and sales engagement tools, working for an HR or Fintech company, or in a fast-growing startup environment are considered a plus. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, results-driven, adaptable, and possesses an entrepreneurial spirit with a strong growth mindset.

Responsibilities

The Sales Development Representative will generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting via email, phone, and social media. They will identify and qualify prospective clients by understanding their needs and challenges, and schedule product demonstrations for qualified prospects with Account Executives. Responsibilities also include collaborating with sales and marketing teams to improve lead generation strategies, consistently achieving monthly and quarterly targets for qualified meetings and pipeline generation, maintaining accurate CRM records, and participating in sales training.
