Position Overview

As an SDR Small & Medium Businesses | CEE & Baltics, you will play a crucial role in breaking into new accounts and fostering relationships with multiple contacts across all levels of our target customer segments. You will understand the impact you create on the bottom line, holding one of the most vital roles in the company. Your day-to-day will involve collaboration with the broader sales team, market research to identify new potential customers and leads, and qualifying these leads by understanding their approach to onboarding.

Responsibilities

  • Drive Deel's growth through outbound prospecting efforts, generating sales leads that will convert into opportunities and closed business.
  • Learn from our experienced sales team and contribute to building our world-class Sales Playbook and Tech Stack.
  • Educate and develop leads through inbound or outbound prospecting via phone calls, emails, events, webinars, and various campaigns.
  • Identify and develop an in-depth understanding of each lead generation process, supporting marketing activities, prospect touch-points, and the handoff to an Account Executive.
  • Generate email sequences and conduct cold calls to map and penetrate accounts.
  • Perform follow-up calls and emails until meetings are set.

Requirements

  • Native or fully proficient fluency in any of the Baltic languages (Latvian/Lithuanian) and proficiency in English.
  • Experience working with clients in the CEE & Baltics territories.
  • Demonstrated ability to work smart and hard.
  • An entrepreneurial spirit or experience with a strong growth mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to write email copy and sequence campaigns that convert.
  • Adaptability and comfort working in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive approach to relationship building, collaborating with internal and external teams to consistently improve processes and communication workflows.
