Position Overview

Pion is seeking an ambitious and high-performing Sales Account Manager to join our team. This role involves managing a high volume of existing accounts, including significant clients across various industries. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring they maximize value from Pion's solutions and identifying opportunities for relationship growth.

Responsibilities

  • Own and grow a high portfolio of existing accounts, building strong and trusted relationships.
  • Drive commercial success through renewals, upsells, and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Advise clients on how to optimize their programs and get the most from Pion's offerings.
  • Prepare proposals and campaign proposals.
  • Manage the CRM system, including pipeline management.
  • Manage internal stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing a high number of existing accounts with strong organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated track record in managing renewals, driving upsell opportunities, and leading commercial negotiations.
  • Strong pipeline management experience.
  • Results-driven with a history of working towards and exceeding revenue targets.
