Requirements

Candidates should have experience negotiating with and selling to enterprise IT buyers in a quota-carrying sales role. They must possess industry experience and extensive knowledge of enterprise software sales, software subscription services, or software as a service licensing methodology. Proficiency with Salesforce.com CRM, Microsoft Office (mainly Excel), and other CRM tools is required, along with familiarity with enterprise procurement processes, specifically for IT-related spending. A demonstrated track record of personal development, increasing responsibility, and the ability to thrive in a constantly evolving and demanding environment is essential, as is the ability to clearly articulate the company's value via written or verbal communication and leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, streamline workflows, and support decision-making.

Responsibilities

The Sales Account Executive will improve customer satisfaction while ensuring the accuracy of sales projections. They will collaborate closely with channel partners to generate revenue and effectively promote innovative solutions. Responsibilities include developing and leading a sales pipeline to move a large number of strategic transactions through the sales process, penetrating accounts, reaching decision-makers, and closing business. The role also involves defining and completing sales plans for the assigned territory to meet and exceed quota, building a case and establishing value by developing and presenting proposals to customers, and driving account strategies and coordinating team selling efforts with partners.
