Requirements

Candidates should possess significant experience in RFP/Tender administration within a fast-paced, innovative environment, along with cultural awareness and experience working with international teams. Strong project management experience or a qualified certification is required, as well as outstanding organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen attention to detail are also necessary, alongside the ability to collaborate effectively with international teams and demonstrate initiative and execution capability.

Responsibilities

The RFP and Tender Specialist will lead and coordinate the end-to-end process of Requests for Proposals (RFP) and Requests for Information (RFI), acting as the focal point for the sales team and internal functions within Twist Bioscience. They will collaborate with various departments to gather information and build compelling proposals, develop and implement project plans to successfully complete written responses, prioritize multiple proposals, conduct the “first-pass” of proposals, provide writing and editing expertise, act as a project coordinator/manager to compile and submit files, track and maintain RFP responses, analyze success rates, lead project debriefings, train the sales team, and provide regular reports to management.
