Candidates should possess an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field, along with 1-3 years of experience in client service, sales, account management, or a similar role. Strong verbal and written communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and time management abilities are essential, as is the capacity to manage multiple projects effectively and a client-centered team player mentality. Preferred qualifications include knowledge of the health insurance industry, a basic understanding of contract terms and pricing, and familiarity with Excel, Google Sheets, ZenDesk, and HubSpot.
The Renewal Coordinator will monitor upcoming renewals and proactively follow up with clients, prepare and deliver renewal quotes and agreements promptly, and coordinate with the renewal manager, software engineers, and account management for a seamless renewal process. This role involves tracking and managing the renewal pipeline using CRM tools, addressing customer inquiries about renewal terms, pricing, and service levels, and working with the Renewal Manager to identify potential renewal risks. The coordinator will also maintain accurate renewal status records, implement renewal groups, and continuously improve the renewal process based on feedback.
