Responsibilities

The Sr RFP Content & Proposal Specialist will proactively identify, gather, and refine compelling content from various sources, including third-party intelligence, product release notes, and internal subject matter experts. They will optimize AI-generated responses, facilitate SME review and refinement, and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality, tailored proposals. This role involves partnering closely with Sales, Services, Product Owners, and other internal teams to understand solution capabilities, market needs, and competitive landscapes. The specialist will continuously seek ways to enhance content management and proposal workflows, identify opportunities to integrate new data sources, refine content categorization, and improve overall efficiency and effectiveness. They will also analyze proposal outcomes to identify trends and drive continuous improvement in content and proposal strategies, while maintaining a high standard of accuracy, clarity, and consistency across all content and proposal documents, ensuring proper version control and utilization of documentation tools.
