The Director, Proposal Writing will lead the strategy and execution of SmithRx's responses to Requests for Information (RFI) and Proposals (RFP). This pivotal role involves overseeing the entire proposal lifecycle, ensuring the development of highly compelling and persuasive responses that effectively communicate SmithRx's unique value proposition to prospective clients, consultants, and benefit brokers. The Director will foster strategic partnerships with cross-functional leadership teams (including Sales, Analytics, Clinical, Legal, Account Management, Marketing, and more) to gain a deep understanding of SmithRx's offerings and accurately represent services at a strategic level. This role is also responsible for establishing and maintaining a robust, scalable repository of responses and questionnaires, continually optimizing processes for efficiency and impact.
