Candidates should have a background in a similar role, ideally with exposure to inbound RFP processes or sales operations. Familiarity with CRM software, preferably Salesforce, is required. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, data-savvy, and a proactive problem-solver.
The RFP & Data Operations Analyst will manage inbound RFPs by vetting opportunities from various platforms and serve as the first line of defense. They will own data and systems by managing tracking for all inbound activities, maintaining accurate records in Salesforce and ticketing systems, and providing data-driven insights to inform outreach strategy. Responsibilities also include streamlining processes by establishing tracking tools, managing Google Drive folders, Slack channels, and summary documents, and submitting Certificates of Insurance and Vendor forms. The analyst will collaborate effectively with different departments to fulfill requests quickly and accurately.
