Responsibilities

The Revenue Strategy & Planning Manager will shape global revenue strategy by designing and championing standardized frameworks for capacity planning, quota setting, and territory design. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining global GTM capacity models, designing and managing quota-setting frameworks, and owning territory planning frameworks. The role involves standardizing critical GTM metrics and reporting, collaborating with BI teams to deliver clear, actionable visibility into GTM performance, and ensuring data governance and consistency of metric definitions. The manager will also lead strategic scenario planning, build and maintain standardized planning tools, partner with regional RevOps teams, and collaborate with Sales Compensation and FP&A. Additionally, the role includes developing predictive models, benchmarking performance, analyzing the impact of product launches and marketing campaigns, and creating executive-level summaries for leadership meetings.
