Requirements

Candidates should have over 2 years of work experience in a challenging analytical role, be highly proficient in SQL and Excel, and have experience using BI tools such as Looker or Tableau. They should also possess excellent attention to detail, an ownership mindset, the ability to manage multiple projects, and experience in inventory planning with a comprehension of retail math/e-commerce metrics. The ability to connect data insights to business strategy and communicate findings effectively to stakeholders is also required.

Responsibilities

The Strategy & Planning Analyst will develop and maintain SQL-based dashboards to support the Business Development team, perform exploratory data analysis for global strategic initiatives, and conduct competitive analysis and market research to inform supply strategy. This role involves supporting planning and actioning on owned inventory, including forecasting, recommending distribution/allocation, monitoring performance, and implementing pricing strategies. Additionally, the analyst will monitor business health across key KPIs, partner with stakeholders to take action, and continuously improve performance tracking and communication methods.
