As a Revenue Operations Manager, the individual will lead the development and evaluation of promotional generosity offers, partnering with analytics teams to measure impact and identify improvement opportunities. They will devise an experimentation strategy, collaborate with Product and Data Science teams to develop intelligent generosity treatment, and work with CRM, Product, and Finance to support campaign planning and reporting. Furthermore, they will provide thought leadership on evolving generosity strategies and maintain documentation, playbooks, and dashboards for promotion tracking and decision-making.
